6. Returns & Exchanges
   For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and incense products cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been delivered unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos so we can assist you.
